Privacy Policy

• Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email, name (optional), password hash, and basic profile data from OAuth sign-in (avatar, username).
• Ad account data: After you authorize via OAuth, we read your Google Ads / Meta Ads / TikTok Ads campaigns, keywords, bids, creatives, and performance metrics.
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We retain only the Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing address.
• Usage data: Access logs, browser type, IP, action history — used for security auditing and product improvement.

• Provide and operate DEXUN AdWhiz (account management, AI ad optimization, reporting).
• Process subscription payments, refunds, and invoicing.
• Send service notifications, security alerts, and product updates (opt-out available).
• Analyze usage to improve the product.
• Comply with legal obligations.

DEXUN AdWhiz relies on the following vetted third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

• Supabase (database hosting, AWS Singapore) — stores account and subscription data
• Stripe (payments) — processes subscription billing
• Anthropic / OpenAI (AI inference) — receives a summary of your ad-account data to generate optimization suggestions
• Google / Meta / TikTok (OAuth + Ads APIs) — reads ad-account data you have authorized

We use industry-standard safeguards: transport encryption (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+), bcrypt password hashing, least-privilege access controls, and regular backups. No internet transmission is 100% secure, however.

We use essential cookies to maintain login sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Under applicable privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you have the right to:

• Access — view your name, email, and account state in Settings.
• Export — download a complete JSON snapshot of your data via /api/account/export (also linked from the Danger Zone in Settings). The file includes your profile, subscriptions, connected ad accounts, API key metadata, and the last 90 days of security events. Cryptographic secrets are deliberately excluded.
• Correct — edit your display name and notification preferences directly in Settings.
• Delete — close your account with one click from the Danger Zone in Settings. The action cascades through every row we hold (subscriptions, OAuth grants, API keys, password-reset tokens, security events).
• Revoke any OAuth authorizations directly in your Google / Meta / TikTok consoles, or disconnect them from Settings.
• Cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from the dashboard).

Everything above is self-serve — you don't need to email us to exercise these rights. If you do hit a wall, write to service@7275.com and we'll handle it within 30 days as required by GDPR.

DEXUN AdWhiz is hosted in the AWS Singapore region. By using the Service from outside Singapore, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed there.

DEXUN AdWhiz is not directed at children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected a child's information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. The latest version is always posted on this page.
