This Cookie Policy explains how DEXUN AdWhiz uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are set when you use the Service; the TikTok Pixel is loaded only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser to remember preferences, maintain login sessions, and count visits.
Cookies We Use
- Essential cookies (cannot be disabled): maintain login sessions (Auth.js JWT), CSRF protection, language preference. Without these, core functions like login, signup, and billing won't work.
- Referral cookie (dx_ref, first-party, 60 days): set only when you arrive through a partner's referral link (with a ?ref= parameter). It stores that partner's code so that a signup within 60 days is credited to them. Readable only by our server (HttpOnly); not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Advertising measurement: TikTok Pixel (third-party, optional, only with your consent): provided by TikTok and loaded only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. Once loaded, it sends TikTok page-view, email sign-up and successful-purchase events together with browser and device information (such as IP address, browser type, the page address and TikTok cookie identifiers), and sets cookies such as _ttp on this site. We use it to measure how our own ads on TikTok perform. TikTok processes this data under its Privacy Policy. If you choose "Necessary only" or haven't chosen yet, the TikTok Pixel is not loaded.
- Analytics cookies (optional): When we later add third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Plausible), they'll be used to understand traffic patterns and improve the product. We'll ask for consent via a cookie banner before enabling them.
Without your consent we set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third-Party Cookies
When you sign in via Google / GitHub OAuth, those providers set their own cookies during the authorization flow. These cookies are governed by their respective privacy policies.
If you choose "Accept all", the TikTok Pixel script is loaded from analytics.tiktok.com, and TikTok may also set or read cookies on its own domains, governed by TikTok's privacy policy.
Managing Cookies
Change or withdraw your consent: you can withdraw your consent to the TikTok Pixel at any time. The button below clears your cookie choice and the TikTok Pixel cookies stored for this site, then reloads the page; the cookie banner appears again so you can pick "Necessary only". Withdrawing doesn't affect data already sent to TikTok, which TikTok handles under its own policies.
You can also clear or block cookies anytime in your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or using paid features.
