Accounts and scope
- Up to 20 accounts at a time; your browser remembers the last choice. Tagged accounts can be picked by tag.
- Levels: campaigns, ad groups, ads. On a campaign, “Ad groups” or “Ads” shows only what is under it.
- Dates: today, yesterday, last 7 / 14 / 30 days, in each account’s time zone.
- Search by name or ID, filter on / off, and sort by clicking a column header.
How the metrics are computed
- Spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and purchase value come from TikTok’s report.
- CTR = clicks ÷ impressions; CPC = spend ÷ clicks; CPM = spend ÷ impressions × 1000; cost per conversion = spend ÷ conversions; ROAS = purchase value ÷ spend.
- Amounts are in each account’s currency, so the total row only shows when one account is selected.
- Results are cached for 2 minutes; “Refresh from TikTok” reads them again.
Turning ads on or off
Tick items of one account and choose “Turn on” or “Turn off”; after you confirm, delivery changes in TikTok right away. This needs a paid plan. When TikTok refuses, its own words are shown for each item. With campaigns selected, “Copy selected” opens the copy page with them.
Changing name, budget, bid and countries
- TikTok campaigns and ad groups have “Edit” under their name; it first reads the current settings from TikTok.
- Campaigns: name and budget (when the campaign has its own budget). Ad groups: name, budget, bid and countries. The ad group table also shows a “Bid” column.
- Only what you change is sent; everything else (age, gender, interests…) stays as it is. After saving, the list shows TikTok’s current values.
- When the budget is on the campaign (campaign budget optimization), change it on the campaign. A Smart+ lowest-cost ad group can not get a target cost afterwards; ROAS and other bid strategies are changed in TikTok Ads Manager.
- When TikTok refuses (for example a budget below what has been spent), its words are shown; when no answer comes back, you are told the change may have been made and to refresh before trying again.
Meta ads
With Meta connected, switch the list to Meta: the same campaigns / ad sets / ads view with Meta’s numbers, and the same on/off switches (only for objects of the selected ad account).
The AI never changes your account on its own: switches in the list happen only when you click and confirm.
