Adding to the library
- Under “Add from an ad account”, pick an account, switch between Videos and Images, tick what you want and add it (up to 50 at a time; the library holds up to 500 items).
- The library keeps references only: the files stay in TikTok. Removing an item from the library deletes nothing in TikTok.
- If an item’s ad account is disconnected, the item is marked and cannot be pushed until the account is connected again.
TikTok posts (Spark Ads)
- Switch to “TikTok posts”, choose the TikTok account — one linked to this ad account, one authorized through a Business Center, or “Creators’ authorized posts” (posts authorized with a code) — then tick posts to add. Only video posts are listed for now.
- Posts are never uploaded into other accounts. Pushing a creator’s authorized post applies its authorization code (read from the source account) to the target; pushing a linked or Business Center account’s post only checks that the target can use that TikTok account — “already usable” if it can, otherwise the reason (link or authorize the TikTok account for the target in TikTok).
- To run a post as an ad, choose “TikTok post (Spark Ads)” when you create the ad.
Pushing into accounts
- Select up to 20 items and up to 50 target accounts (at most 200 uploads at once); after you confirm, it runs in the background and the results appear in the task log. Viewers can browse the library; pushing needs an operator role or above and a paid plan.
- Each item is uploaded into each target account’s TikTok asset library; nothing is published and no ad is changed.
- An item is not uploaded again into its own account. Uploads TikTok refuses show TikTok’s own words; “Copy the failed ones again” retries them.
