The sidebar
The console is grouped by purpose: Overview; Ad management (ad list, create ads, copy ads, task log, templates); Accounts (connected accounts, account tags, connect an account); Help (help center, support tickets, settings). Every page starts with a one-line purpose and a “Tutorial” link.
What “Needs attention” shows
- Accounts whose authorization expired: data and actions stop until you re-authorize.
- Accounts that can no longer be read or managed — usually a permission dropped in TikTok.
- Items that failed in tasks of the last 7 days — the task log shows TikTok’s reason.
- No connected account yet, or no paid plan (creating, copying and switching ads on or off need one).
Each item says how many accounts it affects and has one button. When nothing needs you, a short line says so.
