The ROI Guarantee
Pay annually. If we save you less than you paid, we refund the difference.
After 12 months, we measure your savings once, over the whole year, against your control group. If they come to less than your subscription cost, we refund the difference. The main eligibility conditions are summarized below; the full ROI Guarantee Terms govern.
- The guarantee figure is measured against a randomized control group: AdWhiz makes no recommendations for a random ~15% of your campaigns, and the two groups are compared over the whole year, with an uncertainty range. Your dashboard shows the comparison as it builds up.
- The AI only recommends — you decide what to change in your ad platform. AdWhiz never changes your account on its own.
- Per-change savings estimates are in your dashboard, day by day, positive and negative — we never hide the down days.
*Guarantee subject to eligibility terms: a minimum of $3,000 in monthly ad spend; enough campaigns to measure (over the year, at least 8 control campaigns with spend and 30 results in each group — usually roughly 70 or more active campaigns); 12 months of continuous enrollment; and adoption of at least 80% of generated recommendations. The refund is capped at 100% of the subscription fee paid and excludes third-party advertising spend (Google, Meta, TikTok).
