Roles
- Viewer: sees the ad list, copy checks, task log and asset library.
- Operator: also turns ads on and off, copies campaigns, pushes assets, saves templates and tags.
- Admin: also opens ad accounts and invites or manages viewers and operators. Only the owner manages admins.
Inviting and joining
- On the Team page, enter an email and a role (a paid plan is needed; one address can be re-sent at most every 10 minutes). The link works once and expires after 7 days; the person signs in with that email, which must be verified, and clicks “Accept invitation”.
- After joining, the “Workspace” menu in the header switches between “My workspace” and theirs.
- In someone else’s workspace you act on their ad accounts through their TikTok / Meta authorizations — in the ad list, copy, task log, templates, tags, asset library and account opening only; the overview, Create ads and the creative studio stay your own.
- Removing a member takes effect at once; members can leave at any time. Every change made in the console records who made it. Switching workspace in one browser tab reloads your other tabs.
